Gas Yourself Up Either Way

Just accept the fact that my bathroom will always be messy.
Anyway, I felt good looking at the first photo of myself. I felt confident. I felt proud. It was my core day today, and I definitely got a core pump out of it.
BUT the second photo is the reality of what my stomach looks like. I didn't feel as confident or gassed up when I took it. HOWEVER, I am at the point where I am more comfortable with my stomach and accepting of my body.
Both photos are me. They're real and untouched here.
What do I want you guys to get out of this?
No. 1) Fucking gas yourself up, go ahead and flex. You look good when you flex. It's why people do it. You deserve to flex and see the progress you made no matter how big or small. It if gives you a confidence boost to keep going, do it. Take the picture, post the story, log your journey, and see how far you came. Be your own biggest supporter and motivator. That's your body. It's not a facade.
No. 2) Accept and embrace what you look like when you aren't flexing. Be kind and gentle to your body. My stomach bulges whenever I'm bending over. It's not a six-pack when I'm not flexing. She sticks out. That's okay. Your body works hard to keep you alive. Bodies are already criticized by other people. It doesn't have to be criticized by you, too. Sometimes, if you criticize yourself too much and set unrealistic expectations, you lose motivation and fall off track. That's your body. It's not a facade.
TLDR: Both versions of yourself are real. Hype yourself up and also be kind to yourself. Either way, you are loving yourself both ways. Love is not just something you gain for yourself. It's something you do for yourself even if it isn't easy. This is extremely important I learned on my fitness journey. I hope it helps you guys, too ❤️
